Narrated ‘Urwah: It was narrated from ‘Urwah, that ‘Aishah said:
“The Messenger of Allah married me in Shawwal and my marriage was consummated in Shawwal.” –‘Aishah liked for her women’s marriages to be consummated in Shawwal –“and which of his wives was more beloved to him than me?”
