Dhul Hijjah arrives as a special gift from Allah.
The first ten blessed days filled with mercy, reward and the chance to draw closer to Him. These are days to reset the heart, renew our intentions and increase in worship, gratitude and goodness.
Not everyone will stand on the plains of Arafah this year, but every one of us can still turn back to Allah with sincerity. Through prayer, dhikr, fasting, charity, Qur’an and kindness, we can make these days count in ways that may change us long after they are over.
Dhul Hijjah reminds us that the doors of goodness are wide open. A small act done sincerely can carry immense weight with Allah. A heartfelt dua can reshape a future. A moment of repentance can bring a soul back to life.
Let these days not pass like any other. Fill them with remembrance, hope and purpose. Ask Allah for forgiveness, guidance and acceptance. Make space for Him in your day, and He will place barakah in your life.
May Allah allow us to witness the blessings of Dhul Hijjah, make the most of its sacred days, and emerge from them closer to Him than we were before. Ameen.
