Day of Resurrection

How can you disbelieve in Allah when you were lifeless and He brought you to life; then He will cause you to die, then He will bring you [back] to life, and then to Him you will be returned.
Surat Al-Baqarah 2:28

The Jews say “The Christians have nothing [true] to stand on,” and the Christians say, “The Jews have nothing to stand on,” although they [both] recite the Scripture. Thus the polytheists speak the same as their words. But Allah will judge between them on the Day of Resurrection concerning that over which they used to differ.
Surat Al-Baqarah 2:113

On the Day [some] faces will turn white and [some] faces will turn black. As for those whose faces turn black, [to them it will be said], “Did you disbelieve after your belief? Then taste the punishment for what you used to reject.”
Surat Al-e-Imran 3:106

Every soul will taste death, and you will only be given your [full] compensation on the Day of Resurrection. So he who is drawn away from the Fire and admitted to Paradise has attained [his desire]. And what is the life of this world except the enjoyment of delusion.
Surat Al-e-Imran 3:185

Our Lord, and grant us what You promised us through Your messengers and do not disgrace us on the Day of Resurrection. Indeed, You do not fail in [Your] promise.”
Surat Al-e-Imran 3:194

If you could but see when they will be made to stand before their Lord. He will say, “Is this not the truth?” They will say, “Yes, by our Lord.” He will [then] say, “So taste the punishment because you used to disbelieve.”
Surat Al-An’nam 6:30

Those will have lost who deny the meeting with Allah , until when the Hour [of resurrection] comes upon them unexpectedly, they will say, “Oh, [how great is] our regret over what we neglected concerning it,” while they bear their burdens on their backs. Unquestionably, evil is that which they bear.
Surat Al-An’nam 6:31

And the worldly life is not but amusement and diversion; but the home of the Hereafter is best for those who fear Allah , so will you not reason?
Surat Al-An’nam 6:32

Only those who hear will respond. But the dead – Allah will resurrect them; then to Him they will be returned.
Surat Al-An’nam 6:36

And it is He who created the heavens and earth in truth. And the day He says, “Be,” and it is, His word is the truth. And His is the dominion [on] the Day the Horn is blown. [He is] Knower of the unseen and the witnessed; and He is the Wise, the Acquainted.
Surat Al-An’nam 6:73

And the weighing [of deeds] that Day will be the truth. So those whose scales are heavy – it is they who will be the successful.
Surat Al’A’raf 7:8

Do they await except its result? The Day its result comes those who had ignored it before will say, “The messengers of our Lord had come with the truth, so are there [now] any intercessors to intercede for us or could we be sent back to do other than we used to do?” They will have lost themselves, and lost from them is what they used to invent.
Surat Al-A’raf 7:53

And when Our verses are recited to them as clear evidences, those who do not expect the meeting with Us say, “Bring us a Qur’an other than this or change it.” Say, [O Muhammad], “It is not for me to change it on my own accord. I only follow what is revealed to me. Indeed I fear, if I should disobey my Lord, the punishment of a tremendous Day.”
Surat Yunus 10:15

And whether We show you some of what We promise them, [O Muhammad], or We take you in death, to Us is their return; then, [either way], Allah is a witness concerning what they are doing
Surat Yunus 10:46

And [saying], “Seek forgiveness of your Lord and repent to Him, [and] He will let you enjoy a good provision for a specified term and give every doer of favor his favor. But if you turn away, then indeed, I fear for you the punishment of a great Day.
Surat Hud 11:3

And it is He who created the heavens and the earth in six days – and His Throne had been upon water – that He might test you as to which of you is best in deed. But if you say, “Indeed, you are resurrected after death,” those who disbelieve will surely say, “This is not but obvious magic.”
Surat Hud 11:7

And they will come out [for judgement] before Allah all together, and the weak will say to those who were arrogant, “Indeed, we were your followers, so can you avail us anything against the punishment of Allah ?” They will say, “If Allah had guided us, we would have guided you. It is all the same for us whether we show intolerance or are patient: there is for us no place of escape.”
Surat Ibrahim 14:21

Then on the Day of Resurrection He will disgrace them and say, “Where are My ‘partners’ for whom you used to oppose [the believers]?” Those who were given knowledge will say, “Indeed disgrace, this Day, and evil are upon the disbelievers”
Surat An-Nahl 16:27

And they swear by Allah their strongest oaths [that] Allah will not resurrect one who dies. But yes – [it is] a true promise [binding] upon Him, but most of the people do not know.
Surat An-Nahl 16:38

And [mention] the Day when We will resurrect from every nation a witness. Then it will not be permitted to the disbelievers [to apologize or make excuses], nor will they be asked to appease [ Allah ].
Surat An-Nahl 16-84

And they say, “When we are bones and crumbled particles, will we [truly] be resurrected as a new creation?” Say, “Be you stones or iron. Or [any] creation of that which is great within your breasts.” And they will say, “Who will restore us?” Say, “He who brought you forth the first time.” Then they will nod their heads toward you and say, “When is that?” Say, “Perhaps it will be soon – On the Day He will call you and you will respond with praise of Him and think that you had not remained [in the world] except for a little.”
Surat Al-Isra 17:49-52

And whoever Allah guides – he is the [rightly] guided; and whoever He sends astray – you will never find for them protectors besides Him, and We will gather them on the Day of Resurrection [fallen] on their faces – blind, dumb and deaf. Their refuge is Hell; every time it subsides We increase them in blazing fire.
Surat Al-Isra 17:97

And all of them are coming to Him on the Day of Resurrection alone.
Surat Maryam 19:95

Then indeed you, on the Day of Resurrection, will be resurrected.
Surat Al-Muminun 23:16

I swear by the Day of Resurrection. And I swear by the reproaching soul [to the certainty of resurrection]. Does man think that We will not assemble his bones? Yes. [We are] Able [even] to proportion his fingertips. But man desires to continue in sin. He asks, “When is the Day of Resurrection?”
Surat Al-Qiyamah 75:1-6

So when vision is dazzled. And the moon darkens. And the sun and the moon are joined, Man will say on that Day, “Where is the [place of] escape?”. No! There is no refuge. To your Lord, that Day, is the [place of] permanence.
Surat Al-Qiyamah 75:7-12

The Striking Calamity – What is the Striking Calamity? And what can make you know what is the Striking Calamity? It is the Day when people will be like moths, dispersed. And the mountains will be like wool, fluffed up. Then as for one whose scales are heavy [with good deeds] He will be in a pleasant life. But as for one whose scales are light, His refuge will be an abyss. And what can make you know what that is? It is a Fire, intensely hot.
Surat Al-Qariah 101:1-11

Indeed, We fear from our Lord a Day austere and distressful.”
Surat Al-Insan 76:10

And you will see every nation kneeling [from fear]. Every nation will be called to its record [and told], “Today you will be recompensed for what you used to do.
Surat Al-Jathiyah 45:28

But as for those who disbelieved, [it will be said], “Were not Our verses recited to you, but you were arrogant and became a people of criminals?
Surat Al-Jathiyah 45:31

So as for those who believed and did righteous deeds, their Lord will admit them into His mercy. That is what is the clear attainment.
Surat Al-Jathiyah 45:32

O you who have disbelieved, make no excuses that Day. You will only be recompensed for what you used to do.
Surat At-Tahrim 66:7
