I have missed many salats and fasts in my previous life. How can I make them up?

Missed prayers and fasts must be made up.
“Whoever forgets to pray should pray as soon as they remember, for there is no expiation for the prayer besides performing it.” (Sahih Muslim)
“We were commanded to to make up our [missed] fasts.” (Sahih Muslim)
